Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience.
1.2 Order Verification
Some orders may require additional verification — especially high-value purchases, first-time customers, or transactions flagged for review.
If needed, we’ll reach out via email for further confirmation before shipping.
2. Shipping Restrictions & Legal Compliance
2.1 States We Do Not Ship To
Due to legal regulations, we do not ship Delta-8 THC products to the following states:
Banned States:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington
Restricted States:
Certain states like Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Virginia may have limitations on Delta-8 THC. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with your state laws before placing an order.
2.2 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to shipping carrier policies on hemp-derived products.
2.3 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can monitor the status directly on the shipping carrier’s website.
4.2 Delays & Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed, first review the tracking information.
- If tracking shows no movement after carrier acceptance, please contact the shipping provider.
- If your order was not accepted by the carrier, contact info@cheapdelta8.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date.
5. Shipping Issues & Liability
5.1 Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, report the issue to info@cheapdelta8.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos or video showing the damage so we can investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
5.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Cheap Delta 8 is not liable for lost or stolen shipments.
If this occurs, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
5.3 Returned Orders
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Product Availability
Given our wide range of products and flavors, occasional stock discrepancies may happen.
- If an item is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you by email with the option to:
- Choose an alternative product of equal value, or
- Receive store credit
- If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days, we will either:
- Issue credit for the out-of-stock item, or
- Replace it with a comparable product of equal value.
